The content is very informative and the pictures very instructive. However, as with all these workout books, the authors tend to assume that everyone has hours and days to spend in the gym. I work full time and have a home life, so for me my workouts have to fit around my life and not the other way around. I workout about 3-4 times per week for an hour max first thing in the morning when I can fit it in (which includes 15 minutes swimming). I needed some workout plans to supplement my HIIT sessions and to revitalise the weight routines I have been using for years. Maybe this will fit the job if I pare down the routines.
Arrived the book on time, and oh is so thick and has so many pages to study. It is an ideal book when you want to relax and plan how you will improve your fitness while you are having a nice coffee, studying your steps, and organising yourself for your next exercise sessions. It is amazing book when you plan to do exercises on your own, and that you enjoy. The secret is a good headphone, a music that can give you a boost, and here we go... 1,2,1,2,... and so on... thanks! love the book.
As a beginner this book was perfect, defiantly a user-friendly introduction to fat burning workouts and diets! Easy to follow content with a variety of different categories. Nice focus on whole body training workouts more efficient and motivating.
